Race, Migration, and Indigeneity is a multidisciplinary field of study that houses the programs of Asian American Studies, Latino Studies, and Native American and Indigenous Studies. We provide courses across a wide range of topics that are crucial to developing racial literacy in an increasingly diverse and multicultural society.
Program on Race, Migration, and Indigeneity
Every other fall, we collaborate with Latino Studies, Native American and Indigenous Studies, and the Program in Race, Migration, and Indigeneity for our biennial symposium Politics, Promises, and Possibilities. Past themes include: The 1965 Immigration Act at 50 (2015) and Immigrant and Indigenous Intersections (2017).
