We sponsor an undergraduate student essay competition each spring, to encourage and recognize outstanding essays and research papers addressing Asian Pacific American issues. Papers may be written from any disciplinary approach, including (but not limited to) literary and cultural criticism, history, sociology, anthropology, education, music, folklore, visual and performing arts, cinema, and journalism.
IU and the College of Arts and Sciences offer many opportunities for students interested in studying in another country. You can choose short-term or long-term experiences that allow you to practice another language and explore different cultures.
